Better When I’m Dancing Youth Event

National Dance Day is July 28, and one local nonprofit is using the benefits of dance to encourage students to remain drug and stress-free in the new school year. The Hillsborough County Anti-Drug Alliance is holding a youth event on Saturday, July 28 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., named after the Meghan Trainor song, “Better When I’m Dancing.” This event encourages Tampa Bay area youth to participate in positive and productive activities instead of risky behavior. There will be food, fun and lots of dancing.
