This is your opportunity to try all 3 varieties of our regularly offered African dance-related classes in one day!

AfroCardio - African Dance Fitness with Ashia - A calorie burning African Dance Cardio workout that tones muscles and builds endurance while dancing to Afro Beats, African Drums, and Hip Hop.
Dunun Dance with "Jumpin' Janet" Peck - An amazing combination of traditional West African Dance moves combined with drumming, using the upright dunun (bass) drums, played with sticks. Learn the entire choreography and perform with West African drumming accompaniment provided by our own LIVE studio drummers.
Traditional West African with Lark Daniel - Learn traditional African dance steps for traditional West African rhythms, and dance with West African drumming accompaniment provided by our own LIVE studio drummers.
