Family Fitness Day 2018

Get Healthy CT is pleased to announce that we will be hosting Family Fitness Day on Saturday, July 28 from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm on Paradise Green in Stratford. 

In honor of National Dance Day, a National movement that encourages Americans to embrace dance as a fun way to maintain good health, we have decided to host Family Fitness Day for the Greater Bridgeport community. This event will combine dance and other activities to encourage local families to get up and get moving! 

Come prepared to get involved in the day's activities! Activities will include interactive fitness demonstrations from local fitness clubs, dance demonstrations from local dance studios, free prize drawings, free healthy snacks, music and much more!
